Middletown, CT Porch
For this project our client wanted to redo all framing on their existing porch. They were comfortable installing the new flooring and railings but needed assistance with the framing and foundation. The old framing had some rot and insect damage, the floor joist were also 20″ on center. We removed the old framing and concrete foundation blocks. We then dug 6 48″ holes for the new 10″ tube piers. Once the concrete was dry, we were able to start framing. Client was very pleased with the end result, and it was ready for the new composite decking and railings.
