I was very excited to start working on this very large bathroom project. After discussing the layout for the shower tile and floor tile I got right to work. My first task was ensuring that the floor was level and stable. Schluter® membrane was installed on the shower walls and floor. After several weeks of installed the large amount of tile on the shower walls and floor, it was time to install the massive shower glass enclosure. The client was very happy with the end results. We really loved the blend between old wood and new tile.

Materials Used:

Schluter® System 72″ x 48″ shower pan with curb. Schluter® System waterproof membrane on shower walls. DITRA-HEAT® Membrane Sheet and cable on bathroom floors. Marble tile for shower walls. Wood look porcelain tile for floors. White herringbone tile for shower floor. Quartz remnants for shower curb. 3/8″ tempered glass for shower enclosure.
